I would pay the money just to get the ability to add shortcuts to the "desktop".

It is a must have program for your Pocket PC. I love program shortcuts in Tabs on Today screen and a lot of utilities, like ZIP, properties on files, etc. Program brings to PDA missing features of desktop computer.

This application provides multiple utilities for your Pocket PC 2002. While your Pocket PC only minimizes an application when you tap on the (x) or (ok) button, this application lets you a close an application completely instead of just minimizing it. It has a task manager which can be accessed by tapping and holding the (x) or (ok) button. You can open multiple Pocket Internet Explorer windows and also make them full screen. It has a Today screen plug-in which shows the remaining battery power in hours and minutes, the remaining storage space, an option to change the backlight settings, and a configurable launcher. The application also enables you to set repeating alarms on your Pocket PC 2002, which by default sounds alarms only once.

One big non-visual improvement is the overall speed of the plug-in, even after a soft-reset the plug-in appears quickly and responds quickly. It feels like a lighter version to me! From my discussions with the developers this was a goal that they set for this version and required extensive re-writes of underlying code...

This versions has a big improvement in speed that can be measured without the need for benchmarking software.

Spb continues to improve the pocketPlus all the time. This time the improvement is more related to the contents rather than the interface. I would even dare to say that the program works faster than ever and overall impression is that the program is an inter grated part of the operating system instead of a third party program.
